“Be grateful for what you have now. As you begin to think about all the things in your life you are grateful for, you will be amazed at the never ending thoughts that come back to you of more things to be grateful for. You have to make a start, and then the law of attraction will receive those grateful thoughts and give you more just like them.”

Three days ago, I received this message from a close friend: “Hello! How are you? Care to join me in 100 Grateful Days?” I immediately answered: “Yes, let’s do it!”

So begins the 100 Days of Gratitude challenge. For the next hundred day, I will look for one thing to be truly grateful for and post it on Instagram .

I have been doing it for three days now and I can already see a change in my energy and outlook on life. It is pretty easy to find something to be grateful for, just look around you and you will find it. Gratitude is truly one of the best ways to raise your energy and create a better life for yourself.

So join me on 100 Days of Gratitude and embrace the gratitude.
