How to Stop your Mind from Worrying.
Most of the time you spend your energy worrying about something that most likely wont happen.
When you worry, you tend to have mindless chatter in you mind which makes it difficult to focus.
I have two steps that has helps me to worry less:
1. Slow Down. Take into account your feelings, Take note of your surroundings and be present in the moment.
2. Movement: Run, Skip or Dance. Moving your body helps you to ease your mind and makes you feel better.
I have tried other methods, which include meditation, thinking through the worry and then letting it go.
